May Meeting

Club members were treated to an outstanding program on mushrooms by Sherri Angels. Besides being a plant pathologist and mycologist (study of fungi), Sherri is also a professional artist creating contempory pieces in sculpture, painting, and woodworking. Prior to the program, a brief business meeting was conducted. Rosa presented the 'herbal spotlight' on dill, giving information regarding the history, medicinal value and culinary uses of this herb. San was the winner of the door prize and received a beautiful book on herbs.
